Creating a desired look for a client, using in depth consultations is one of Melissa’s passions. Analyzing skin tone, face shapes and life style to map out and create an individual look on her guests is part of daily practice with Melissa. Each client is unique and, together Melissa works with our guests to achieve a beautiful end result. Advanced cutting, colouring and styling techniques are pouring out of Melissa's tool box. With being a brand educator for KMS hair for almost 20 years, education comes flooding through the door at CHANGES for all teammates to have at their fingertips. When not in the salon Melissa enjoys spending time with her family. On occasion playing around with outfits and heading to a nice restaurant for some yummy food is what Melissa calls a great night out!
